Clean Works is on a mission to reduce food waste and improve food safety – from the source to the shelf. Our innovative, waterless technology eliminates pathogens throughout the produce and proteins supply chain, and we do it without residue or pesticides.


We are currently testing and verifying the reduction of pathogens and mildew while grapes are still on the vine, and while strawberries and greens are still in the ground.


Our post-harvest production has been third party verified to reduce at least 99.9% of pathogens in dozens of food categories: berries, stone fruit, grapes, apples, greens, vegetables, fish, poultry and eggs. We continue to test the efficacy of our technology on other produce and protein products.


Manufacturers of food products utilize our technology throughout their production lines to ensure their equipment, conveyor belts and packaging are pathogen-free.


Many grocery retail locations now package their own cut produce for shopping convenience. These commissaries are using our technology to ensure their packaged produce on the shelf is pathogen-free.
