Our innovative technology has been validated by the Food Science Department at the University of Guelph, a leading agricultural institution. We proudly offer rapid, waterless, and chemical-free decontamination, setting new benchmarks for efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability:

Clean Flow

The Clean Flow Process reduces pathogens by up to 4 log (99.99%) on produce, proteins, and products. The Clean Flow Process is ideal for larger volume applications, such as packers, processors, and wholesalers, and requires minimal operator intervention. The machine can be customized to work with your existing production lines, workflow, and capacity for all kinds of produce, proteins or products, For example, the Clean Flow process takes less than 30 seconds and can decontaminate 100,000 pounds of produce per hour.

Clean Flow Mini

The Clean Flow Mini Process reduces pathogens by up to 4 log (99.99%) on smaller volume applications, such as retail outlets, cruise ships, armed forces, or hospitals. The machine can be customized to work with your existing production lines, workflow, and capacity. Items requiring decontamination are placed into the Clean Flow Mini and move down the conveyor belt into the treatment chamber. Ultraviolet light, hydrogen peroxide, and ozone are then introduced into the chamber. Humidity, temperature, and dwell time are controlled throughout the entire decontamination process.

Clean Batch

Our original concept, Clean Batch process reduces pathogens by up to 4 log (99.99%) on produce and reusable containers. The machine can be customized to work with your existing production lines, workflow, and capacity for all kinds of produce or products.

Produce or products are introduced into the chamber in field containers. Ozone is then generated and forced through the chamber with homogenous distribution. Ozone, airflow, humidity, time, and temperature are controlled throughout the entire decontamination process. Once complete, the produce or product is then ready for further processing, packaging, or shipment directly to the customer. For example, our Clean Batch Process takes 20-30 minutes per batch and can decontaminate 9,000 pounds of produce per hour.
