How it works

Clean Works uses a controlled gas-phase treatment that combines hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), UV-C light, and ozone (O₃) to generate highly antimicrobial hydroxyl radicals (•OH).

These highly reactive radicals attack microorganisms on exposed surfaces by damaging cell membranes, proteins, and genetic material.

After treatment, the radicals dissipate into water and oxygen, leaving behind no residue.

Why gas-phase treatment matters

Go where liquid and light alone can’t.

UV-only treatments depend on direct line of sight, creating challenges with shadowing and irregular surfaces. Water-based systems can introduce cross-contamination risks through recirculated wash water.

Clean Works takes a different approach. Our gas-phase treatment surrounds exposed surfaces, helping reach complex shapes, crevices and areas that may be shadowed from direct UV light, without relying on recirculated wash water.
