Clean Batch brings the same Clean Works technology to applications better suited to treating larger loads at once.
Products or materials are loaded into an enclosed treatment chamber, treated as a batch, and then removed, making the system well suited for bins of product, reusable plastic containers, and other bulk applications.
Quick loading and unloading, easy-to-operate Allen-Bradley controls, and a fully stainless steel sanitary design support straightforward operation.
How Clean Batch works
- Step 01Load
Place the product or materials inside the enclosed treatment chamber.
- Step 02Treat
Forced air creates a turbulent atmosphere within the chamber to distribute the Clean Works treatment evenly around exposed product surfaces.
- Step 03Remove
Remove the treated load and prepare the chamber for the next batch.

Batch systems are sized around the volume, dimensions, and throughput requirements of the operation.
When Batch Treatment Makes Sense
Clean Batch is designed for applications that are better treated as a complete load rather than moving continuously through a processing line.
